This is going to be different for each person, but we have a general rule of thumb for the appropriate daily dosage. If you have never consumed CBD before, you will want to start out with a lower dose. We recommend starting with 10 drops sublingually (under the tongue), 2 times a day. You can then increase to 15 drops a day, 2-3 times daily - starting out with a lower dose and building it up within your system is a very good way to ease into the effects of CBD. It is important to remember that it takes time for it to build up in one's system, and that you won't feel relief from your symptoms immediately - it is normal for it to take up to two weeks, before you notice a major difference. If you have consumed CBD before, we recommend 15-30 drops (1/2 to 1 dropperful), 3 times daily. With the 500mg of Tulsi & Ashwagandha CBD, this provides either a half dose of 250mg, or a full dose of 500mg. As it states on the bottle, 1 dropperful (30 drops) is equal to 500mg of CBD. If you are consuming the Natural 1000mg CBD, you will be getting 500mg for 1/2 dropperful, or 1000mg for 1 full dropperful.

Each CBD Chocolate contains 20 mg of CBD - we recommend that you start off with half of a chocolate, and if you feel that you need more eat the other half. Once you feel that you have a comfortable amount of CBD in your system, then shift into eating a whole chocolate at once to receive the full 20mg dose.
